Bookings and Payments

All driving lessons and services must be booked in advance. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may require full or partial payment before lessons commence.

Learn Pro Driving School reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment obligations have not been met.

Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students are required to provide sufficient notice if cancelling or rescheduling a lesson. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur cancellation fees or result in forfeiture of prepaid lesson costs.

If Learn Pro Driving School needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

Student Responsibilities

Students must:

Hold a valid learner permit or licence as required by Australian regulations
Carry relevant identification during lessons where necessary
Inform instructors of any medical conditions, restrictions, or circumstances affecting driving ability
Follow lawful instructions provided by driving instructors for safety purposes

Unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in lesson termination without refund.

Vehicle Use and Safety

Learn Pro Driving School maintains vehicles to support safe driving instruction. Students are expected to operate vehicles responsibly and follow all road rules during lessons.

Any deliberate damage caused through negligent or unlawful conduct may result in liability for repair costs.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility for prepaid lessons or packages may vary depending on circumstances and unused services. Approved refunds will be processed according to applicable business policies.

Limitation of Liability

Learn Pro Driving School aims to provide professional instruction but does not guarantee licence test outcomes, driving assessment results, or specific skill achievements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our services.

Privacy

Personal information collected during bookings and service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
